When do we start?

The baby's digestive system reaches maturity between the 4th and 6th month, and can start feeding during this period. Today's recommendations suggest exclusive breastfeeding for up to 6 months, and we do not need to wait for the introduction of new foods. As far as possible, nutrition should be started during breastfeeding, so factors of breast milk can help prevent allergic reactions.

What should be on the table?

Recommended first with apple juice or grated apple to offer the child, this can be followed by yellow rape, peaches, potatoes, roasts. It is important that you taste only one meal at a time, so that you can easily identify the cause of any symptoms that may occur - diarrhea, stomach ulcers, stings.

Shit, sweeten, smell it?

Fruits contain fruit sugar in natural form, or otherwise fruktуzt, which delivers a sweet sweet taste to baby food. THE cooked with breast milk we can also make nice delicious food. There is no need for watering or freshening in the initial period.

Total failure?

Don't be surprised if the introduction of new waters is slow, there may be several reasons for rejecting food. Begin weaning gradually, and then breastfeed your first snack with one or two teaspoons, so you may just not be hungry. All babies need to learn how to cook with a cannula, which can take a long time to differ from one child to another. You can help the learning process by initially trying only the fruit (apple, peach) leaves, and the tasting of peppery meals only afterwards.

Flour first, milk less

In recent years, the date of introduction of gluten has been set at an earlier date on the basis of international and domestic medical recommendations. Taking advantage of breastfeeding nutrition, gluten is given between the age of 17 and 24 weeks, starting with a small amount. With the gradual introduction of gluten-containing foods, the risk of developing "celiac disease" can be reduced, even in the case of families with a history of celiac disease. Effective nutrition starting early on in infants can cause asthmatic breathing symptoms, eczema and diarrhea. For cooking pancakes, use more breast milk or formula during one year.
