The Association of Home Pediatricians and the National Institute of Pediatrics welcome the introduction of the new Vaccine on behalf of primary and pediatric vaccinees.

Pneumococcal (Streptococcus pneumoniae) infection is still the responsibility of millions of children worldwide every year, although effective specific prevention is possible with vaccination. THE spread by drip infection first infection of the pneumococcal stumps on the nasopharyngeal mucosa may begin within days of childbirth. Asymptomatic pneumococcal transmission may lead to the development of purulent otitis media, which is currently the most common cause of antibiotic treatment in infants and young children. Bacteria entering the bloodstream can cause invasive pneumococcal disease, hemorrhage, pneumonia, purulent meningitis. According to a recent press release, the decision of the parents is limited by the extension of the vaccination system with the introduction of a new compulsory vaccination. This statement is supported by the opinion of the Alliance against Vaccines.

The Hungarian situation

In Hungary, there are 2,000 official data collections of pneumococcal meningitis. In the past decade (between 2001 and 2008), 505 cases were recorded, and one-third of those affected did not survive. Experience has shown that pneumococcal pneumonia is responsible for approximately 10% of neurological and haematopoietic infections. 100 times more common, add about every pulmonary inflammation. The incidence of 100 purulent tonsillitis can be estimated. The further significance of pneumococcal infections is also highlighted by the fact that every year, worldwide, flu-related deaths increase in pneumococcal disease, and two synergistic infections.

Megelхzйs

Currently, two vaccines are available to prevent pneumococcal infections. The vaccine, which has been on the market for several decades, contains a polysaccharide fragment of the bacterial capsule (23-PPS) and is unable to elicit an immune response due to immunologic irradiation. The more advanced conjugated pneumococcal vaccine was introduced in the US in 2000 in a life-threatening vaccination program, primarily for 2-month-old infants. After three years of vaccination, significant reductions were observed in hospitalization and mortality due to invasive pneumococcal disease, but this also appeared to be beneficial. Based on the favorable results, the WHO Resolution included the conjugate pneumococcal vaccine in the Western European countries' age-specific vaccine system.

In Hungary, in October 2008, domestic pediatricians started to apply vaccinations against pneumococcal infections in the national program. Even as a global sensation, our pediatricians praise the work that, despite the short time elapsed since then, the number of people under the age of two has moved above 95 percent in 2012. The results justify all the positive effects of vaccination: the number of pneumococcal meningitis in the vaccinated, under two-year-olds, and in the younger age groups has been found to be lower. These results can also be attributed to the fact that the immunization program in Hungary provides infants and young children with the highest serotype coverage available today, ie it is caused by the most diverse bacterial strain of the bacterium. According to the national pneumococcal surveillance program launched at the same time as the pneumococcal immunization program, the incidence of invasive pneumococcal disease has decreased by about one-third since the start of the immunization program.

The effectiveness and security of the defenses are proven by reliable data. Vaccine preventable diseases often result in high mortality and serious events. Rejecting vaccinations is a very dangerous and irresponsible choice, and it is much more risky than being protected, not only by one person, but also by my environment.

Big is the opposite, but the opponents are weak

It is particularly sad that these voices have also been featured in popularly recognized popular media surfaces and portals, which have been widely read recently.
The introduction of childhood vaccines was the most effective step ever made to reduce the incidence of childhood deaths and serious illnesses in the world. Bulk vaccination programs have led to the complete or near eradication of a number of dreaded infectious diseases such as smallpox or benign childhood sinuses, and dramatically reduced rates of vaccine-preventable disease. Protective vaccines are one of the greatest public health success stories of our time.
Black pox was the first disease that eventually disappeared from the Earth due to vaccinations. Since 1979, no smallpox disease has ever occurred anywhere in the world. Vaccinations have succeeded in eradicating the enormous cost of child molestation inflicted upon thousands of children in most of the world. In the next 5 to 10 years, a well-organized global vaccination program could completely eradicate this disease on the planet. The current emergence of diseases in Afghanistan, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Syria is primarily related to the reduction in vaccination rates and the lack of vaccines.
Domestic data also illustrates how the occurrence of infectious diseases that can be prevented by each vaccine has changed since the introduction of vaccines. Thanks to vaccinations, the number of infections has been reduced to a minimum and there are no child deaths in Hungary today due to the number of serious childhood diseases.
Defenseless people clearly and verifiably reduce suffering and save lives. 20 years has not occurred in our country throat and childhood sinus disease. Prior to the introduction of curvature protection in 1969, most children died in curves, with approximately 40,000 per year between 1952 and 1961, and approx. There were 36 thousand cases of disease. Since 1992, the annual average of illnesses has fallen to below 10 (!), And the last illnesses of domestic origin were registered in 2001. Since 2002, only cases of foreign-born or closely related cases have been diagnosed. A bend can always be brought to Hungary, but it can only spread if you find a toothy person.
According to today's science, it is undeniable that the benefits of vaccines outweigh the risks of vaccine reactions they may cause.
The Home Pediatricians Association and the National Pediatric Health Institute are committed to ensuring that the general vaccine is accepted and emphasized to the benefit of the elect.
