Excessive expectation, however, and resorting to violent training, however, is a defiance that should be avoided. This problem can be overcome primarily by careful choice of sports. If you reject sport after several months of enjoyable coaching, let's see if we have a real reason, create a supportive environment - well, if you have friends in the team: these are the ones who can push your insecure.
